Czasopismo „Acta Universitatis Lodziensis. Folia Archaeologica” zaprasza do przesyłania tekstów do najnowszego numeru (39/2024). Teksty należy zgłaszać za pomocą systemu Open Journal Systems pod adresem https://czasopisma.uni.lodz.pl/archaeo/about/submissions lub na adres mailowy redakcji folia.archaeologica@uni.lodz.pl do dnia 31 maja 2024.

Rocznik przyjmuje prace dotyczące różnych zagadnień z dyscypliny archeologii i archeologii historycznej, odnoszących się do badań prowadzonych przede wszystkim na terenie Europy Środkowej. Czekamy na zgłoszenia tekstów opartych zarówno na źródłach kultury materialnej, jak i na przekazach pisanych, powstających od początków kultury do dnia dzisiejszego. W kręgu naszych zainteresowań mieszczą się także rozważania teoretyczne na temat metod badawczych i metodologii.

Prestiż czasopisma potwierdza jego obecność w bazie Scopus oraz przyjęcie go w grudniu 2023 r. do bazy Web of Science.

“Folia Archaeologica” is an international, peer-reviewed, open access scholarly journal published by Lodz University Press (Poland). The annual accepts papers on a variety of topics in the discipline of archaeology and historical archaeology, relating to research conducted primarily in Central Europe. We look forward to submissions of texts based both on the sources of material culture and on written messages, created from the beginnings of culture to the present day. We are also interested in theoretical considerations on research methods and methodology.

The high standard of the journal is ensured by its indexing in the Scopus database acceptance to Web of Science. The journal was accepted last August and will be soon covered by the database.
